Marist School (Marikina)

Marist School (Tagalog: Paaralang Marist) is a Catholic school for boys located in Marikina, Metro Manila, Philippines established by the Marist Brothers in 1964. The school currently holds a level III accreditation from PAASCU and is considered to be the largest educational institution to date in Marikina City.〔(Marist School Marikina )〕 This was the second school founded by the Marist Brothers in the Philippines; the first one was the Notre Dame of Cotabato in Cotabato City in 1948.
==History==
In 1964, the Marist Brothers of the Schools, or Institutum Fratrum Maristarum a Scholis (FMS), established the Marist School.〔(Institutum Fratrum Maristarum a Scholis (FMS) )〕
The school adopted the Integrated Basic Education (IBED) system in 1998-1999, headed by a school principal and five (5) cluster assistant principals.
